石うすで豆ひきから始める昔ながらの製法で〈ゆし豆腐づくり〉を体験してみませんか？
外国の皆さんや世代をこえた交流、ゲームあり。出来たてのゆし豆腐を皆で美味しくいただきま～す♪【日時】 10月14日(土) 10:00～14:00
【場所】 うらそえぐすく児童センター（浦添小学校となり）浦添市仲間２丁目４７－５
【参加費】会員：300円 一般：500円 子ども：200円（小学生以下)
【持参物】エプロン・三角巾・水筒
【定員】 50名

In recent years, Tofu has received a reputation worldwide for being a salubrious food.
Now, you too can experience and learn to make the Okinawan dish, “Yushi-Tofu” using a traditional recipe and a mill stone to grind the soy beans!
